Kari Rueslåtten, from Trondheim in Norway, started her music career in the progressive metal band The 3rd and the Mortal. After she left the band in 1995 and got out of the metal genre she has released five solo albums. Rueslåtten has been nominated for the Norwegian Grammy Awards and had radio hits like ”Make Me a Stone” and ”Other People’s Stories”.
